POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of operation Manager, this position will deal with process, testing and equipment issue.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. responsible for the process and workshop planning
2. responsible for line project control and execution
3. responsible for process improvement
4. responsible for equipment, spare part and tooling management
5. responsible for lean manufactory producing system setup and improvement
6. Responsible for testing and process supporting, responsible for equipment maintenance supporting
7. corporate with the internal and the outer
8. accountable for building maintenance
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES
This position will have 14 subordinates.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. bachelor Degree or above majoring in electronics or relevant majors;
2. At least 5 years relevant experience in Auto industry, especially electronics product, over 3 years of managements
3. good understanding of TS16949, good understanding of APQP,PPAP,FMEA, MSA, SPC)
4. good understanding of lean(balance, MTM)
5. good understanding of quality tool(5 why, 8d etc);
6. good understanding of electronics circuit (analog and digital)and testing(meters and gauge) , familiar with VB or related computer language.
7. good understanding of equipment, laser trimming ,programming and PLC knowledge is prefer.
8. good knowledge of process and project control
9. good communication skill in Chinese and English
