    Key Responsibilities
    * Develop channels in certain territory/market segment, and fulfill channel management
    * Provide training/coaching to staffs who report to him/her directly
    * Finish key project in certain territory/market segment,.
    * Support XX dealer to push sales of Hach products in certain territory/market segment.
    * Fulfill the sales target in certain territory/market segment,.
    * Support Hach China market team to gain market information in certain territory/market segment,.
    * Support Hach China market team to gain information of key competitors.

    Background and Skill Requirements
    ? Five or more years on sales experience
    ? Sensitivity of sales, problem pin, decision maker, problem solving.
    ? Prefer water treatment, chemistry or environmental relative field experience
    ? Be able to communicate effectively with customer
    ? Good written and verbal communication in Chinese and English
    ? Be able to work effective in a team
    ? Skill of work under pressure
    ? Skill of extensive travel request
    ? Knowledge of chemistry and other specialties related to water treatment
